It’s time for fine dining the Mediterranean way, courtesy of the Greek god Triton – messenger of the sea – and his benevolent basket of seafood flavors among others. Virgin olive oil, succulent olives, local herbs that grow on nearby hills, sun-ripened produce, fruits and vegetables from the Kipriotis garden, and a variety of rich local ingredients add a delicate flavor to all the dishes on this surprising a-la-carte menu. Very popular with gourmet eaters for lunch or dinner, Triton can be enjoyed by both guests and non-guests who reserve in advance (a must during the high season).

Greece’s famous ‘souvlaki’ wrap takes on a more gourmet twist with all the extras on the menu of Souvlaki & More. Fresh local meat, rich yoghurt tzatziki sauce, and sun-ripened tomatoes go into this all-time Greek favourite that everybody must try. Salads, chips and tasty vegetable dishes add to the menu, offering a great casual choice for lunch and dinner. Best of all, there’s a delivery service for guests at the Panorama Hotel and Maris Suites, plus takeaway for anyone and everyone, perfect if you want to laze by the pool or host a private party on your balcony. An ‘Ouzeri’ in Greece is a place where Ouzo is served with mouth-watering tapa-like dishes known as ‘meze’. You’ll certainly love the local ambiance here – typical Greek tables and chairs, along with blue and white chequered tablecloths. Some of the best ouzo and seafood are on the menu, along with a variety of dishes to nibble at while you simply sit back and relax. A must-do experience!

Semeli was the mother of Dionysus, god of wine – and today the Semeli Bar is the mother of all bars at the Kipiriotis resort complex. Against this enticing backdrop, the bar opens its doors from the afternoon until the early hours of the morning for guests who enjoy grand, lively lobby bar environments. Very fine cocktails and liqueurs are served along with classic favourites such as Gin Tonic and Whisky Sour. Local ingredients such as fresh fruit, herbs and honey also make their way into our cocktails for a healthy Mediterranean twist. A selection of local and international beers are also on offer at this sophisticated five-star venue, so is a fabulous selection of wines from Kos and the rest of Greece.

Nothing beats sipping cocktails and refreshing drinks by the pool, under the Mediterranean sun and the bluest of skies. The Pool Bar at the Panorama Hotel is open from the morning, specifically for guests who want to experience the good life and banish all thoughts of work, leaving cloudy landscapes and rainy days back home. A variety of snacks are on offer to go with the drink of your choice, be it chilled white wine, a margarita or Greek sparkling water with a slice of lemon.

Once you’ve checked into the Kipriotis Panorama and taken in the gorgeous view from above, slip into your swimwear and stroll down to the beach to be part of the view you were admiring just minutes ago. Opening its doors from 10 am to 6 pm, the Panorama Beach Bar will welcome you with a worthy variety of drinks and cocktails, as well as snacks and sandwiches to tide you over until you’re ready for your next meal.

A new dining venue will start operating as from this season serving delicious pizza- and pasta dishes and will be part of the Ultra All Inclusive concept and will be offered to our guests upon reservation (min. number of guests required) once per stay.
